Had ordered several pair of shoes from this company over the years. Didn't have a problem until I went to return a pair of Rockport Sandals. The heel was too high and they were painful. Returned them immediately only to be told that they had been "worn". NO I tried them on for maybe 5 minutes to see if I could handle the heel. They tell me the shoes are shipped directly from Rockport so they have no idea the condition of the shoes that were sent. After doing a bit of research I see that this is a common problem. Nothing like being called a liar and having to pay for an expensive pair of shoes that I can't wear.
I read a bunch of bad reviews AFTER I made my purchase with shoes.com and it made me nervous but apparently they recognize that they've had a problem in the customer service dept and they're trying to make some changes because my experience was 100% perfect. I ordered some baby stripper heels lol and I wanted them to get here but the holiday that was then 4 days away. Mind you the heels said ships same day if ordered by 4pm eastern, I ordered at 3:53pm and I also paid 10$ for 2 day shipping. So I called the following day cuz I was nervous and the lady wasn't very reassuring but they did end up shipping them the following day that's the only thing that made me afraid cuz it wasn't "same day" but I mean come on it was 7 mins to four. And they came in exactly two days! So I had my shoes on time right color right size and get this they refunded me the 10$ I paid for two day shipping I'm guessing because they didn't ship it same day but the next day! Because it definitely only took two days after it was marked shipped! That's what prompted me to write a review because my credit card just notified me of the 10$ credit From shoes.com. I am very happy with them if you're a first time buyer give them a chance despite the negativity. Returned a pair of shoes and still haven't gotten a credit for them. Contacted their customer service by mail twice and got nonsensical form letters back. Tried calling several times only to wait on hold for a few minutes before being disconnected each time. Don't trust this company at all. At this point I will file a claim for the credit with VISA.
I returned a shoe order (after ordering another pair, which I kept). They received my return on May 13,2021 according to FedEx, and now it is June 16,2021. I still have not gotten the credit on my card. When logging into their site it doesn't even show the return is complete. You cannot get anyone to answer the phone. When you email them they reply with the same generic email and do not answer my question or return my money. They used to be a good company, but I will never buy shoes from them again.
I was charged for my order right away, however my order never shipped. Their order details page indicates my item has been in transit for 3 weeks. However tracking indicates item never received from shipper. I've tried reaching them multiple times via customer support, but receive no response. I've placed 2 orders with shoes.com, the 2nd order was received and I got a really good price. However the lower prices come with really poor service and like myself you may be stuck paying for something you'll never receive and no support whatsoever from Shoes.com
I attempted to order a pair of shoes after going through the process and clicking complete your order I received a message saying unable to complete your order. Thinking something went wrong I tried again and got the same response. I decided to try later in the day and was able to complete the purchase, when I checked my email after this I saw that all 3 orders had gone through. I immediately contacted shoes.com, you can only contact them via email, the next day I got a response saying they couldn't stop the process and I would need to return the extra shoes. Once I received them I emailed again and stated that I didn't feel I should have to pay the $7.50 return fee. Received an email saying I would get a full refund but didn't. I have sent emails requesting the full refund but now they don't respond. There is no way to talk to someone because the phone number has a message that they only respond to email.
Total scam. I have been trying to return some shoes for a few weeks now, Website down when it comes to getting a return label but works great to order, and you can't talk to anyone. I only get this message:

It is a scam to delay past the return window.
This company has no customer service and charged my card when I canceled, sent me the shoes, so I sent them back and still no refund. Gonna contact the Federal Trade commission and reach out to my attorney
I ordered a pair of shoes on sale, and I heard nothing form them for two weeks, so I inquired about the status of my order. It took them another five days in which time they finally notified me that my order was canceled.
I purchased some shoes recently after receiving a promotional email with a coupon. They were supposed to ship with 3 day service but they were in fact put on slow ground transport and it took 2 weeks to receive them. Once I did finally get them, they sent me mens size 9.5 not women's size 9.5. I tried to call but got a message that said send an email for support. It took more than 48 hours to hear back from a rep. They instructed me to return the shoes and they would ship out the correct size. I just got an email saying they processed my request MINUS a $7.99 restocking fee!! What?! I still also have not received the correct size shoes I ordered. HORRIBLE customer support and service. I will never use this company again.
The delivery was good. However trying to return has been a nightmare. 2 weeks I get an error they are”experiencing technical issues”
I received an email from shoes.com letting me know I have $30 available in rewards. I tried to redeem, but there were no rewards in my account, and the instructions provided to redeem the rewards were useless because I was instructed to click on options that weren't available to me. I called the toll-free number for customer service and the recorded message directed me to email my concern. I did that 3 times over the course of a week and called twice more (in hopes of reaching someone) but reached the recording each time. I'm giving up now because the shoes I want are low in stock and I don't want to miss out. I will buy them somewhere else because I'm not confident shoes.com will be there for me if I need to return them. Such a headache.
Horrible customer service. I tried to return a pair of shoes I bought from shoes.com, and they sent them back to me stating the soles were dirty and scuffed, so they wouldn't take them back. Repeatedly I contacted them with photos of the shoes showing they were not dirty and scuffed. I had only tried them on in the house to see if they fit. The first time I got a form letter that didn't address my issue. The second time, no response. The third time I received a personal reply that again said they wouldn't take them back because they appear to have been worn. Not true, and I sent photos to prove it! I've never had this issue with zappos or Amazon. So, a warning to others out there, don't buy from them. Also, they charge a "restocking" fee of $7.95 if they do take them back. Ripoff.
Ordered pair of mens POD shoes, took 4 weeks to get package and they had sent me a worthless stainless steel necklace. RIP OFF SCAM
